Who is Jess?

Based in Northern Ireland, Jess has spent 15 years working for Guide Dogs, training the dogs and their owners. Always passionate about doing the best she can for her clients she wanted to continue to learn more and ensure her knowledge was based in current scientific research and industry best practice. In addition to numerous short courses in dog training and attendance at conferences, Jess completed her MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour in 2021.
